It's been so long!! I'm going to try to keep up!! Maybe I can have my sister fix my page all pretty and then I'll want to visit here more!!

Night!

Oh My Goodness

I've been so anxious to get back to school but now that the time is here, I don't wanna go!! Actually, I do, but I wish school started at like 9:00. That would be better!

I went to the beach with some friends as a "last fun day before we go back to work" day. The waves were so freakin' high! We only stayed in the water for about 20 minutes because I didn't feel that death was in the cards for me today. I got some sun, but not like last time. In fact, I'm not red at all! The most exciting part of the morning was trying to drive through loose sand and I got my car stuck!! This man drove by in his HUGE Chevy Crewcab truck and said, "You all are going to have to dig around your front tires to get out." No shit, Sherlock!! He didn't bother to get out and help at all!! RUDENESS!! But we managed and got out all by ourselves. We totally rocked!

I'm Sad...

I found out today that someone I love dearly has been diagnosed with cancer. There are no other words to follow, just pray for Paul.

Missing Grace

So...two posts in one day! Go me!!

I can't start a blog without mentioning the new love in my life. Grace Kelly! My sister makes the prettiest babies! I'm not sure I can live up to the pressure!

I miss her! :(

By the way...did you notice that I love to use exclamation marks?? There everywhere!

I have no freakin' idea!!

So...I decided to copy my sister and start a blog. Not that I have anything important to say, but thought it would be fun...something else I could start and forget about tomorrow!!

I have no freakin' idea how to do this! I would really like to make my page a little "girly" but have no idea how, nor do I have the attention span to sit here and figure it out. So...it will look like this until I find the time to navigate through this blog and figure it out.

Today I got to spend some time with my adorable nephew, Ben. He belongs in a catalog, that's how cute he is! Chris and I got there while he was napping so I, Aunt Sher Sher, got to wake him up when it was time. I got into the bed with him and rubbed his back. I whispered, "Ben...Aunt Sher Sher's here. It's time to wake up." There are no words to describe how I felt when he immediately sat up and hugged me. It makes we weak!! Then, the words that followed broke my heart. He pulled away from me and said, "Where's Uncle Chris?" All this within a matter of seconds! Crushed! Aunt Sher Sher is second best to Ben's Uncle Chris. He loves his uncle so much and although I would like to be his favorite, nothing makes me smile more than seeing my husband love on his nephew. It's the sweetest thing! Uncle Chris can do no wrong in this child's eyes.

I can't wait until I see him again!
